What is HMB-Ca?

HMB-Ca is a supplement formulated with beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB), a metabolite of the amino acid leucine.

HMB is a compound produced as a result of the metabolism of the essential amino acid leucine. Leucine is one of the 3 amino acids that make up the BCAAS or branched-chain amino acids.
